Warning! The Following Messages Demonstrate That
Capella University Denies Academic Freedom and Free Speech
to Students!

The following documents contain material that the jerks and liars at Capella University have deemed:

  • "Inappropriate"
  • "Disruptive"
  • "Unrelated to Course Topic"
  • "Off-color"
  • "Generally inappropriate to course room environment"

Based upon information obtained from the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights, under the Freedom of Information Act, these posts were the ones responsible for Capella University locking the student who posted them in his class (taught by none other than Diane Stottlemyer - who literally bought her "degrees" from a diploma mill) out of their "university" - without notice, warning, due process, etc. The goons at Capella University then held a Kangaroo Court where this student was denied all information, was never informed of any specific charges, and prevented from having any input into Capella's Inquisition. Needless to say, Capella University simply ignored all of the other students who were also complaining! For examples of complaints by other students (that Capella University ignored), visit:

"Inappropriate Course Room Posting #1"

We're not sure if most readers will be able to handle the following message so, in order to provide adequate "warning," here's some information concerning it:

  • This message was an introductory post to TS5150 a "graduate-level" course on testing web applications taught by non-other than Capella University's esteemed, Diane Stottlemyer. As noted on this site, Diane Stottlemyer bought both of her "graduate" degrees from a diploma mill - she got a two-for-one deal and bought her master's and doctorate for an alleged $2,200!
  • While the student who wrote the following had already corresponded with Diane Stottlemyer - she only wrote four sentences back - all before this post appeared in her class. Just the same, Diane Stottlemyer was already sharing this, and the private e-mails the student had sent to her before the course began with essentially everyone she could find at Capella.
  • Diane Stottlemyer was so "traumatized" by this letter that she immediately shared it with a large number of other jerks and liars at Capella, including, but not necessarily limited to:

Diane Stottlemyer, Kurt Linberg, Greg Thom, Jack Krichen, Karen Viechnicki, and other Capella University thugs were too spineless to do anything to other students who were also complaining in Stottlemyer's class, as well as on Capella's "General Discussion Board". After all, they hadn't filed lawful complaints against the discrimination that was (and still is) taking place at Capella University.

"Inappropriate Course Room Posting #2"

Hopefully, if readers haven't been subjected to permanent psychological damage from the first post, the following is certain to put any feeble being into a state of shock! Brace yourself!

This message was posted in response to another student who, along with many others in the class were rightfully complaining about the complete lack of concern from Capella University regarding the incompetent design of WebCT. Capella University took no action against those students because they didn't have disabilities and they also did not file a lawful complaint for Capella's discrimination against those that do.

This post; however, was the one that put the bigots (Diane Stottlemyer, Kurt Linberg, Greg Thom, etc.) over the edge and was what they used to begin their official "attack."

Kurt Linberg Announces His Retaliation

Diane Stottlemyer was too much of an unprofessional coward to say anything to this student about its "inappropriate content" and yet she was busy e-mailing it to all of the thugs at Capella. The following document, obtained from the United States Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights under the Freedom of Information Act demonstrates that these two e-mails were responsible for Capella's actions.
