Capella University and Their Unethical Shysters Getting Hammered Again!
Once again, Capella University and their shysters are getting nailed - this time by their insurance company (that Capella is suing for their rightful refusal to not pay for their retaliation against the student who is also suing the university)! Executive Risk Specialty Insurance Company has just filed a motion to compel because Capella has REFUSED to turn over records. Not only that, but as with their other lawsuit, Capella vomits thousands of pages of drivel while, at the same time, is unable to provide them in any type of order. Furthermore, it appears as if the crap that Capella is spewing at the courts is nothing more than a rats' nest! Finally, Capella's own in-house shyster, Priscilla McNulty, has also just been caught lying to the court, again, under penalty of perjury!
