Capella Stella Fey Epling - Liar

It has just come to our attention (March 2007) the Capella Stella (Stella Fey Epling) - the attorney from the law firm of Drinker Biddle who knowingly and intentionally lies in declarations she signs and submits to the court (Refer to our Capella Stella Declarations page) under penalty of perjury - has served as the director of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF). We condemn the BASF for permitting an attorney who intentionally lies to serve of their board: it certainly reflects negatively upon them. Capella Stella Fey Epling also lists on her Drinker Biddle biography that she was a past President of the Barristers Club, which also just happens to be a "club" within the Bar Association of San Francisco for "an attorney with less than ten years of practice, or a legal professional or a law student." Apparently, Capella Stella, the liar, appears to be a real gold digger trying to climb the ranks of the bar association.

In another interesting development, we've learned that Capella Stella Fey Epling has also tried to prime the pump in an effort get Capella University's chief shyster, Greg Thom, off the hook - she offered to write a letter for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency that has been investigating her client, Capella University, for nearly three years in an unethical attempt get hide Greg Thom's personal involvement in that case. In light of the fact the Capella Stella Fey Epling has already lied to the court, we believed that this latest incident further serves to prove just how unethical she is. We can't help but wonder if Capella Stella Fey Epling will be so arrogant ask the court, in the lawsuit against Capella University that she is involved in, if she can write the court's rulings too.

We've long noted that Greg Thom is an unethical scum bag liar who appears to be unable to tell the truth (he's told so many lies that they're almost impossible to count). The fact is that Greg Thom has been personally the subject of investigations by Federal Law Enforcement Agencies for nearly three years now. One of those agencies is the United States Department of Education, Family Policy Compliance Office (FPCO). The FPCO is investigating Capella University, along with Greg Thom's personal role in, refusing to turn over education records as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Furthermore, while one of the current FERPA investigations against Capella University has been underway for nearly three years, we assert that Greg Thom has intentionally lied during one of those. We also have reason to believe that there are currently more than one FERPA investigation against Capella University. As to be expected, Capella Stella Fey Epling continues to display a penchant for engaging in what we believe is grossly unethical conduct by trying to get the FPCO to admit that Greg Thom is not a prime subject in their previous, as well as ongoing, investigations - even though his is the prime subject. In fact, Capella Stella had the audacity and unmitigated gall to try and put words in the mouth of the agency that is investigating her client - Capella University. If that's not unethical, we don't know what is.
