Capella's Charlatan, Diane Stottlemyer, has purchased more graduate "degrees!"
As unbelievable as it may sound, Capella University's latest catalog (dated July 2007) now lists even more "degrees" purchased by Diane Stottlemyer - you know, she's Capella University's number one charlatan who bought previous degrees from "Lacrosse University" - a known diploma mill! Stottlemyer's latest bio states the following:
Stottlemyer, Diane, BA, Indiana University; MS, California State University – Dominguez Hills; MBA, Northcentral University; PhD, Northcentral University
So, just how many of these "degrees" are real. Well, this time, the ones listed above may all be "real" BUT (and readers will love this), it is believed that Stottlemyer was forced to get a "real" masters degree after Capella finally acknowledged that her bogus degrees from "Lacrosse University" became a PR problem for them. We also have reason to believe that Stottlemyer does NOT hold a BA, rather a BGS (which is the highly esteemed, "Bachelor of General Studies").
We believe that Stottlemyer enrolled in an entirely online program through California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) when Capella University decided that her fake degrees were no longer acceptable. We've obtained a copy of Stottlemyer's so-called "thesis" and it's so bad, that it's laughable (get your copy today from the library at CSU, Dominguez Hills)! We also believe that Stottlemyer "finished" that online program sometime during 2004 - around the same time she was abusing students who were rightfully complaining about her gross incompetence along with Capella's outlandish implementation of WebCT (view actual student complaints here and here).
As we've mentioned, Stottlemyer's CSUDH "thesis" is laughable. It's entitled, "Universal Plan for Web Accessibility" (try not to laugh too hard)! She wrote this around the same time that Capella University introduced the incompetently designed and implemented WebCT, a software "course room" that is now disappearing (thank God) from use as it was bought out by Blackboard. WebCT is now being rightfully phased out of existence. Besides the fact that Stottlemyer's "thesis" consists of endless charts that appeared to be copied, almost verbatim, from other sources available on the Internet, her discussion of those with "disabilities" displays her gross lack of knowledge as to what, exactly, disabilities are!
Just as entertaining is the fact that Stottlemyer's "thesis" concerns (again, try not to laugh) "Web Accessibility." This being so, one would logically assume that her thesis committee would have been composed of individuals with backgrounds in web design (or, at the very minimum, formal training in field of computer science). Of course, that would be too much to expect from a known charlatan such as Diane Stottlemyer - her "thesis committee" contained:
- An individual with a background in "Quality Assurance" (considering Stottlemyer's purchase and use of fake degrees, it's hypocritical, to say the least, that anyone associated with her could be genuinely concerned with "quality assurance!")
- An RN (who also holds a Ph.D.) who works in the medical field.
- An individual, with a Master's degree from where else but CSU, Dominguez Hills, who works for Warner Brothers Studios. (Perhaps he thought Stottlemyer's "thesis" was an episode of "Looney Tunes!")
Notice anything missing? Not one of these individuals appears to have any type of background in web design or with a background in disability services! While we don't want to give everything away, it's going to be a real joy to see Stottlemyer's "thesis" shredded by competent experts on the needs of those with disabilities during the upcoming lawsuit against Capella University. For now, we would just like to note that Stottlemyer's "thesis" appears to be good for just one thing, and one thing only - as lining for a cat litter box!
Based upon new information, It now appears as if charlatan Stottlemyer went on to the esteemed "Northcentral University" (located, where else, but in Arizona!) that, until recently, was not accredited (initially 2003). It gets even better than that though! "Northcentral University" (we wonder what it is "northcentral" to) is another entirely online "school" that was started in a garage (no, we're not making this up) and literally has NO CLASSES and NO PROFESSORS! Furthermore, there are NO RESIDENCY requirements! Now isn't that a wonderful "educational experience" for someone like charlatan Stottlemyer? Also, isn't is AMAZING that Stottlemyer was able to buy yet another "masters" and a "Ph.D." in a little more than two years?! (This appears to have occurred sometime between the second half of 2004 and the beginning of 2007). Once again, charlatan Diane Stottlemyer displays her apparent inability to take courses at a real school, with real students, and with real professors - in other words, she consistently takes the easy way out - by buying her "degrees" or going to "schools" where she can get by with producing garbage! Interestingly, Stottlemyer didn't bother to even attend Capella University (heck, maybe it would cost too much for her to buy a degree from them).
By the way, "Northcentral [no space] University" is not to be confused with "North Central [with a space] University." Stay tuned for more "Looney Tunes" starring Diane Stottlemyer!
Finally, we've noticed that Capella University's head cheerleader - Shawn Ambrose - has disappeared from their current catalog. Maybe they are trying to cover their tracks before the trial. LOL! |
