Latest Lawsuit Update (December 1, 2005)

Greetings, friends! As many of you know, the last week of November was a busy one for this site as the jerks, hypocrites, liars, and other goons from Capella were granted temporary access because they and their "counsel" - Chris L'Orange and Capella Stella Fey Epling whined to the judge because they couldn't view it. Of course, these same hypocrites had no problems providing hard copies of this and other sites to the court prior to their whines. In case you hadn't noticed that we've already used the term "hypocrite" a few times in this paragraph, that's because it very accurately describes, in our opinion, the actions of both Capella University and their attorneys -the reason being is that Capella University remains under investigation by the United States Department of Education for their ongoing refusal to turn over records, as required by Federal Law, that were demanded of them back in July 2004 (yes, that was nearly one and a half years ago). Let's also not forget to mention the fact that Capella University illegally locks students out of their courses and then refuses to follow their own written policies, as well as denies all due-process rights to these students.

Getting back to the last week of November, Capella's vile actions didn't surprise us - they bombarded this site with so many hits that we not only had to increase the bandwidth allowance in order for it to remain up. Then, after they left, we had to spend several hours fumigating to clear up the stench after they left. Some, but certainly not all, of the highlights from Capella's feeding frenzy includes:

• Capella's Chief Cheerleader and Pompom Girl, Shawn Ambrose, (aka, "Capella Rocks") immediately launched yet another one of his rambling diatribes on other Internet Sites in which he tries to change the subject and spews his vomit at the world. Perhaps his most hilariously stupid comment on one of these was:

  "As a disabled student, why does he [the student who filed the lawsuit] ridicule a student's substance abuse recovery?"

Well Shawn Ambrose's brain is seemingly so fried from all the drugs and drunken binges that he has apparently had in the past, that he fails to mention that becoming a druggy/drunkard is a choice - having a disability is not. His choice to become a druggy /drunkard was all his own - no one forced him. For Ambrose to imply that his addictions are similar to those with disabilities is an outrageous insult. But then, it also shows that Shawn Ambrose is a jerk. As far as "ridicule is concerned" - both Ambrose and his old drinking buddies openly discuss, and make light of, his drinking days - how cute. We've reprinted a portion of that dialog on this site.

• In addition to Shawn Ambrose's reappearance, many other jerks also showed up (we expected as much), one of these included Performance Systems International - a company that has a long history of "spying" on web sites. These jerks had been blocked for months and had a genuine feeding frenzy when the site was unblocked. Of course, this is not the only company that is believed to have been hired by Capella University to do their dirty work for them, it's just that PSI has been exceptionally persistent.
• Capella's illustrious Senior Web Designer and "ADA Compliance" expert, was frantically saving materials to his desktop at Capella. One would think that a "senior web designer" would be a little more careful while stealing our bandwidth! Interestingly, this person also manages another web site appropriately called "evil******.com" (we've redacted a portion of the name so as to allow visitors to seek out this site on their own). On his "evil" site, his resumé proudly proclaims that he designed Capella's logo along with his "expertise" in assuring ADA compliance (please, try not to laugh).

As we just mentioned, his web site seems to be appropriately named as it includes the word "evil" - a term that seems highly appropriate for someone who works at Capella. It also seems rather ironic that Capella's Senior Web Designer also designed their logo - interestingly, turning it upside down reveals some interesting things (For example, see if you can find the PENTAGRAMS)!
