Another Sleazy Lying Capella "Attorney", Priscilla McNulty, has Been Bestowed the Title of Shyster

We've long noted the unethical behavior of Capella University's Chief Shyster, Greg Thom as someone who intentionally lies on a regular basis. We've also noted the fact that his sidekick, Priscilla McNulty, has lied under penalty of perjury to a Federal Court. Until now; however, we haven't officially bestowed the title of shyster upon her. In light of ongoing developments, she has now earned that title.

In addition to the fact that shyster McNulty lied to a Federal Court, she recently had a major temper tantrum and lied about Capella University complying with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) - a Federal law that requires all educational institutions (okay, so Capella is more of a diploma mill than a real school) to turn over records within forty-five days of the initial request. While one FERPA request was made more than THREE YEARS AGO, on July 10, 2004, shyster Priscilla McNulty recently stated that Capella had turned over all records as required. Of course, that was a blatant lie - and she knows it. In honor of her temper tantrum and lies about turning over education records, we're now posting actual comments from some of the materials that Capella University has refused to provide. Of course, shyster Priscilla McNulty, shyster Greg Thom, liar Capella Stella Fey Epling, and hypocrite Sir Chrisy the Sissy (H. Christian L'Orange) know that the evidence they're intentionally hiding is so overwhelming damning to Capella that they are headed for disaster.

Lest we forget, we also want to mention that there is now more than one FERPA complaint currently pending against Capella University for their intentional refusal to turn over education records to their students.

In addition to shyster McNulty's and shyster Thom's refusal to turn over education records, they, along with Capella's sleaze team have also refused to comply with a demand for production of documents made last December (2006). Heck, they won't even turn over charlatan Diane Stottlemyer's resume that contains all of the bogus degrees she has bought.

Just as disgusting is that Capella University, along with their shysters and another sleaze squad (this time from the "law firm" of Foley Mansfield), along with their partners in crime, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., have actually had the brazen audacity to ask for sanctions against Executive Risk Specialty Insurance Company (ERSIC) for not turning over records they want. ERSIC is the defendant in another frivolous lawsuit filed by Capella. Talk about a bunch of hypocrites!

Then there's yet another lawsuit in which Sharon Bender (former Capella University "instructor") has been accused of plagiarism and is being sued for her apparent dishonesty! In an article that recently appeared in Minnesota's Pioneer Press, one of Capella's shysters (either shyster Priscilla McNulty or shyster Greg Thom) told the student whose work was allegedly stolen that,

"she [the student] was the problem, noting she was the only psychology student ever to fail her dissertation at Capella and pointing out she failed twice.

The letter also warned that [the student]'s "continual actions in placing blame on others, including claims that everyone from her editor to her mentor to members of the (doctoral) committee changed her work, raise serious issues of academic integrity."

Considering shyster Priscilla McNulty's and shyster Greg Thom's own unethical lack of integrity, continual lies, obstruction of justice, and other vile actions we find both of them to be malevolent thugs.
