Jack Krichen, "Faculty
Director"
and Liar
In light of the fact that this guy is the person who manages "core
and adjunct faculty, manage(s) the curriculum, and perform(s) all
the operational duties of the school that apply [sic] to faculty"
It's not difficult to question Jack Krichen's integrity (considering
he "manages" Capella "faculty" such as Diane
Stottlemyer, who purchase
their degrees from diploma mills and then abuse students). Just as
disturbing is his role in retaliating against students, his direct
interference in courses, and the fact that his is also a liar.
Let's take a look at how Jack abuses students and ignores written
University policies:

Isn't it "nice" that one of Capella's Faculty
Directors is fully aware of the University's written policies
and not only ignores them but also fails to demand that instructors,
such as Diane Stottlemyer,
also abide by them?! In his interview with the United States
Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR), Jack
states:

You know, Jack. It's not "nice" to lie to a Federal
Law Enforcement Agency but that is exactly what you did.
Let's face it, Jack Krishen is just another Capella liar.

- In the above statement to OCR,
Jack Krichen claims that the "University's policy [in abusing
students] has three steps. The first step is for a student
or faculty member to try and resolve the issue at the course
level." Oh really?! Well, that's news to us! Face it, Jack,
you simply couldn't lie your way out of a wet paper bag.
The real truth is that both you and your incompetent faculty
simply ignore this "policy" and abuse them without any
communication with the student.
- Jack experienced another bit of oral flatulence with
more false statements regarding the "formal
process" of Capella's Kangaroo Court proceedings.
Again, Jack knows that Capella simply ignores all of
their policies. Jack Krichen also ignored them when he
aided Diane Stottlemyer in discriminating
against a student. Guess that makes you a bigot, uh Jack?!
- Well, at least Jack had the decency to acknowledge
one thing - the "School of Technology has a very
small number of administrators, so there are not many
people to choose from when determining the members of
the ASC." It's
just too bad that you forgot to mention that there are
also no lifeguards in that same gene pool.

...or he is permanently stuck in la-la-land. First, read the
following fairy tale Jack Krichen told OCR, then examine that
facts that follow. We're sure you'll agree that Jack is a liar.
It needs to be mentioned that the following information pertains to a student
in Diane Stottlemyer's class who was subjected to severe harassment
and retaliation.

- In the first paragraph, Jack displays what a prude
and ignoramus he really is - he whines about a couple
of posts a student made in class (hey, Jack,
were you a member of that class?). Because Jack is
such a complete dolt, we've decided to post that
student's complete messages which he and Diane
Stottlemyer claim
were "inappropriate," "off-color," "unrelated
to course topic," "disruptive," etc.
Take a look at the
posts that bent Jack and Diane out
of shape.
