Declarations from Capella Goons!

We believe that the many of the following individuals have lied to the court under penalty of perjury. We will be posting their complete declarations (as these are a matter of public record) along with references to support the facts of the case.

• Jim Adam - Snake Oil Enrollment Director whines because students enroll and then drop out! Not only that, but he blames others because students fail "to actually participate in classes!" Now whose fault is that?
• Shawn Ambrose - Capella employee (oops, make that "independent contractor"), cheerleader, and Chief Zealot.
• Vickie Cook - Capella University's Poster Child and Dean of Continuing Education at Kaskaskia Community College, not only lies but fabricates some of the most outlandish statements ever made by Capella morons! Cook's declaration, which she signed under penalty of perjury, is so bizarre that it qualifies as a comedy!
• Darin Giedd - One of Capella's used car salesmen - this clown submits two declarations, three months apart, that are nearly the same! You'll want to read about his statement that Bachelor Degrees from Capella is a mere $46,000! What a deal! Does that include harassment and retaliation too or are those extra?
• Stella Fey Epling - One of Capella's sleazy attorneys, from the law firm of Drinker Biddle, lies under penalty of perjury! We've posted her declaration in which she lied to the court along with her second declaration where she provides a feeble excuse to cover her tracks.
  • Declaration # 1 (October 31, 2005) - Capella Stella caught lying to the court under penalty of perjury!
  • Declaration # 2 (January 30, 2006) - Capella Stella now tries to cover her tracks. The only problem is, her lay was so obvious that who could believe her now!
• Nancy E Kolb - We're not sure who this fruitcake is because Sir Chrisy the Sissy L'Orange and Capella Stella have never provided the full document!
• Michael J. Miller - This clown, the Faculty Director for Capella University's School of Undergraduate Studies business program, tries to distance Capella from their latest employee, oops, make that "independent contractor," Shawn Ambrose. We can't help but wonder what happened to Kurt Linberg, the Dean of the "School of Business" is. After all, Linberg happens to be Capella Zealot Shawn Ambrose's boss. Hmmm.. Of course, we think that Capella's Dream Team is hiding Linberg and Diane Stottlemyer because their lies are so blatant that even Capella's Sleaze Squad won't be able to help them!
• Priscilla McNulty - Another "attorney" who works for Capella is caught lying to the court (just like her cohort, Greg Thom) under penalty of perjury!
• Michael Offerman - Capella's feeble and lying president spews so much spittle in his declaration that someone needs to ask him to wipe his chin!
• Brian Robran - "Measurement Manager" who hides the facts and serves as a sleazy number cruncher for Capella University. This guy won't admit that Capella's enrollment has soared - instead, he merely regurgitates a bunch of Capella's propaganda at the court.
• Greg Thom - Capella's Chief Shyster and Liar Extraordinaire!
  • Declaration # 1 (October 31, 2005) - Greg Thom lies to the court by stating he is not under investigation by a Federal Law Enforcement Agency!
  • Declaration # 2 (January 23, 2006) - Greg Thom continues lying to the court and provides spurious nonsense to try and hide the fact that he has lied under penalty of perjury.
• Karen Viechnicki - Capella Provost and Liar - about the only truthful item in Viechnicki's declaration is her name.
