Huh? What? Duh! Well, Nancy E. Kolb's "declaration" in support of her employer, Capella University, is nothing but a lot of nonsense (in the most literal sense of the term). Either Capella's attorneys didn't bother to send a real declaration or, as the following attests, the just threw more meaningless vomit at the Court.
