Priscilla McNulty, Capella University Lawyer Lies to Court?

Crapella University dot Org has just posted a declaration submitted to Federal Court by one of their attorneys, Priscilla McNulty, in defense of the lawsuit that has been filed against the University. Based upon the information McNulty submitted to the court, it certainly appears as if she is merely following in the footsteps of Capella's general counsel, Greg Thom, who has consistently displayed a propensity for lying. In the case of McNulty, she told the court one thing and yet, in the "evidence" she submitted with her declaration, demonstrates that she knowingly lied about one of her statements.

As to be expected from Capella's defense attorneys, Chris L'Orange and Stella Fey Epling from the law firm of Drinker Biddle, McNulty's declaration also contains evidence of shoddy workmanship. While the errors, bloopers, and outright lies that have been prevalent throughout the barrage of paper L'Orange and Epling continually vomit at the court, McNulty's declaration is the third to be submitted that would indicate some type of identity crises at Capella University. Disturbingly, McNulty's is the third declaration to be submitted by Capella that is signed by one individual while the names of others are listed in the footers - in two of these cases we cannot identify these mystery people! Rather embarrassing, to say the least, considering that four different attorneys (L'Orange, Epling, Thom, and McNulty) must be reading them. Not only that but two of these declarations were written and signed by Epling and McNulty!
