Apparently, another case of student abuse! This one involves Capella's esteemed Harold Abel from their "School of Psychology." As to be expected from unscrupulous cowards and bullies, Capella University denies just about everything! Funny thing is, Capella University once again enters into yet another "Confidential Agreement." Hmmm. . .
